Natalie M. Garland, Esquire is the owner and president of The Law Offices of Natalie M. Garland, P.A.
Ms. Garland’s legal practice has been, and continues to be, devoted exclusively to Marital and Family Law for over 25 years. She is licensed to practice law both in the State of Florida and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Ms. Garland has previously been appointed to, and served as, a “Master in Divorce and Custody” in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In that position, she was responsible for hearing, and presiding over, complex contested cases of Divorce, Custody, Alimony and Property Distribution. Having had this experience of “being on both sides of the Bench” is invaluable to her clients in developing a strategic plan for each of her client’s unique and diverse cases going forward and moving them to resolution.
Ms. Garland is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator. In that capacity, she is able to assist parties in their family law cases to resolve their issues without the extraordinary costs of litigation.
